Bill: Survivors' stipends from Germany won't affect pension

The Knesset Labor, Welfare and Health Committee has approved in its first reading a bill stipulating that stipend from Germany received by Holocaust survivors will not affect their pensions.
If the bill is passed, survivors will be eligible for both. (Omri Efraim)
