Minister Kahlon praises housing protest

Welfare and Social Services Minister Moshe Kahlon praised the popular protest against the escalating housing prices, and added that the movement's demands "are very basic."
"They are not asking for cheep flights abroad, or cheap hotels. They are asking to live, to obtain education at reasonable prices, food, and a roof over their heads. It is our duty to fulfill these demands… I have no doubt that the government can provide a solution. The prime minister is committed to the task," Kahlon told ynet. (Attila Somfalvi)
