May unemployment rates – lowest in 20 years

The unemployment rate for May 2011 stood at 5.7% of the civilian workforce. The data was calculated after the deduction of seasonal influences and irregular factors. The Central Statistics Bureau said that this is the lowest percentage registered in Israel for over 20 years. (Ran Rimon)
