Bill to raise terror orphans' stipends OK'd in 2nd, 3rd readings

The Knesset's Labor, Welfare and Health Committee has approved in the second and third readings the bill proposal calling to increase the stipends given to individuals who lost both parents to terror.
Committee Chairman Haim Katz said that orphans who have not received benefits so far will receive a special grant of NIS 550,000. (Omri Efraim)
