UN announces: Report on Gaza-bound flotilla delayed

The United Nations says a UN panel's report on Israel's raid on a Gaza-bound flotilla last year that killed nine Turkish activists is being delayed until late August because of differences between Israel and Turkey.
Turkey's prime minister ruled out a normalization of ties with Israel on Saturday unless the Jewish state "officially apologizes" for the raid. But Israel's minister of strategic affairs said last week that Israel will not apologize. (AP)
