PM announces new housing plan

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is holding a press conference Tuesday to announce a series of measures meant to alleviate the affordable housing plight.
The plan is expected to include major discounts and incentives for contactors and entrepreneurs who will build small apartments, made-for-rent apartments and student dorms. "The housing crisis is real," he said at the beginning of the press conference. (Omri Ephraim)
