PM on housing: Two major legislation changes to go through next week

Presenting his new plan to alleviate the housing crisis Prime Minister Netanyahu announced Tuesday: "We are going to carry out two major steps that will be perfected in the Knesset next week – release limits for apartment planning and release limits on marketing land for residential housing."
Netanyahu explained that this can be done through the National Housing Law. (Omri Ephraim)
