Hosni Mubarak's chief doctor says the ousted Egyptian president is refusing to eat or drink and has lost weight - increasing speculation he won't stand trial next week as scheduled.

Assem Azzam described Mubarak's physical state as "almost stable," but said he suffers from severe depression. He said Tuesday doctors would consider feeding Mubarak intravenously if his condition deteriorates. (AP)
