Israeli swimmer qualifies for world semi-finals

Israeli swimmer Yaakov Tomarkin qualified for the FINA World Championships semi-finals held in Shanghai after scoring 1:58.21 in the 200m backstroke heat.

This also qualifies Tomarkin for the 2012 Olympic Games in London. (Oren Aharoni)
