Police Commissioner Yohanan Danino ordered division chiefs to be tolerant towards protesters participating in demonstrations against housing costs and medical salaries.
"The commanders and officers must be restrained and tolerant and allow any legitimate form of protest, so long as it doesn't violate the law, routine life, and public order," he said. (Omri Efraim)
