Paraglider injured in cliff crash

A paraglider was moderately injured when he crashed on a cliff near the village Arsuf. He was rescued by a military helicopter and taken to Assaf Harofeh Medical Center in Zrifin.
Another paraglider crashed at the same spot last week, suffering critical injuries. A Herzliya Municipality representative said that the cliff serves as an illegal starting point for paragliders, and that such activity is dangerous. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
