PM announces ministerial team for 'tent city' protest dialogue
At a Likud party ministers' meeting Sunday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that he would establish a team of ministers for dialogue with housing crisis protestors. The prime minister has until now refused to hold discussions of this kind with the protestors.
Senior ministers noted that it was a "slap in the face to the finance minister. The committee is in fact being set up to examine the ministry's proceedings and its policies." (Attila Somfalvi)
