Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has released a special message on Youtube addressing Israel's Muslim citizens and Muslims around the world ahead of the Ramadan month.
In his greeting he urged Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to return to the negotiating table without preconditions. (Ynet)
