Water corporations to give surplus revenue to consumers

According to the Water Authority, in 2010 the water corporations accumulated surplus revenue of up to NIS 100 million (approx. $29 million).
In light of this, the water corporations' commissioner is expected to recommend the Water Authority return surplus to consumers. (Meirav Crystal)
