Woman protests against Russian immigrants, then shoots at man

The Tel Aviv District has pressed charges against Orly Abutbul, a security guard who waved a sign insulting immigrants from the former Soviet Union, and then shot a man who spilled water on her in response.
According to the indictment, Abutbul screamed obscenities for over an hour while waving the sign, and when a neighbor spilled a bucket of water on her she shot at him, missing all four times. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
