None
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during a Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee meeting that "Israel does not want to inflame the border with Lebanon. There was an incident there, the soldiers acted as they should have, but we're not looking to inflame it."
According to elements close to Netanyahu, the message on the matter was "conveyed to the appropriate people." The prime minister also said that "in Kalandiya there was the intent to hurt soldiers. It is the soldiers' duty and right to defend themselves." (Moran Azulay)
