State: Slim chances for deal with doctors

In response to a private petition submitted to the High Court regarding the doctors' strike, the state said the chances of reaching an agreement with the doctors are slim and that the only way to solve this issue is through arbitration.
"Arbitration is the last resort, which will not only put a stop to the ongoing damage to the public but also solve this dispute," it was written. (Tomer Velmer)
