Chavez, undergoing chemotherapy, shaves off hair

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez appeared with his head shaved on Monday, saying his hair has begun to fall out as a result of his cancer treatment.

Chavez said his chemotherapy has been going well, and he joked about his appearance as he presided over a televised ceremony with Cabinet ministers. (AP)
