Restraining orders issued against 12 settlers

The IDF has issued restraining orders to 12 settlers from Yitzhar and other settlements in its vicinity. It remains unclear which area they are being kept out of. The orders were signed by GOC Central Command.
Some settlers were surprised at the move, saying rioting should be expected to come from the Palestinian side in September. (Yair Altman)
