High Court orders State to evacuate Migron outpost by March 2012
Supreme Court President Dorit Beinish and justices Miriam Naor and Salim Joubran ruled that the State must evacuate illegal outpost Migron by March 2012.
In their ruling, the judges noted that Migron "is one of the most unusual and difficult cases regarding illegal outposts brought before the court." (Aviad Glickman)
