Prosor: Lebanese army provocative, trigger-happy
Israel's Ambassador to the United Nations Ron Prosor filed a complaint with the Security Council and Secretary-General Ban ki Moon after Lebanese soldiers opened fire on IDF forces at the northern border.
"This incident indicative is of a clear pattern of provocative acts by the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF), which has repeatedly shown itself trigger-happy and quick to open fire," he wrote in a complaint letter. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
