Itamar massacre: Man convicted of Fogel family murder
The Samaria District Military Court convicted Hakim Awad, 18, from Awarta of the murder of the five members of the Fogel family from Itamar after he confessed to the crimes ascribed to him.
In spite of his confession, the judges examined foresnic evidence in order to make sure that Awad was not trying to take responsibility for a murder he did not commit. The sentencing arguments will be heard before the court in Spetember. (Ahiya Raved)
