Housing protest representatives present demands

Representatives of the Student Unions and the leaders of the tent protests have agreed that their main demands from the government are a decrease in indirect taxation, including VAT, cancellation of the National Housing Law and a return of surplus taxation levies to the citizens through the national budget.
They also agreed to demand an increase in the Housing Ministry's relief budget for mortgages and rent as well as making mortgage criteria more flexible and accessible to the majority of the populace. They have also requested free education from the age of three months they have also demanded additional beds, equipment and infrastructure for Israel's medical system. (Boaz Fyler and Tomer Velmer)
