PM: Populist wave sweeping through country
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke in front of the Knesset plenum, saying "there is a populist wave sweeping through the country. There is a serious statement regarding the hardships, and statements that are less serious regarding the solutions.
"You cannot cut down a tree if you want to enjoy its fruit. I think solutions must be made, while preserving the tree, which is our free economy and dynamism," he said. (Moran Azulay)
