Breakthrough in medical crisis negotiations

Employers in Israel's public health system and the Medical Association have agreed to add 1,000 doctor positions in public hospitals in order to relieve the residents' rotation workload. The positions will be made through a collective agreement and will come in addition to the positions added in a government decision in February.
The changes will be implemented immediately. (Tomer Velmer)
