Dozens of US diplomats to leave Damascus
Dozens of US diplomats stationed at the US embassy in Damascus will return to their country by the end of the week.
According to the Financial Times Ambassador Robert ford and essential staff will remain in Damascus. Ford is in Washington for a Senate hearing but he is expected back in Syria by the weekend. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
