Jewish group urges Uruguay to expel Iran envoy for Holocaust denial
The Simon Wiesenthal Center urged Uruguay Wednesday to expel an Iranian diplomat over his alleged denial of the Nazi Holocaust, the US-based Jewish group said in a statement.
The group accused Iranian commercial attache Hojjatollah Soltani of denying that six million Jews were killed in the Nazi genocide during World War II, in a statement issued from the Jewish group's regional office in Buenos Aires. (AFP)
