Man suspected of circumcising baby without mother's consent

A Bnei Brak resident has been arrested on suspicion circumcising a 5-month-old baby without his mother's consent.
It is suspected that the man introduced himself to the mother, a foreign worker from the Philippines, as an HMO worker coming to examine the baby, and performed the procedure without her consent. He will face a remand hearing later on Thursday. (Eli Senyor)
