Pollard returns to prison after successful operation
Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard was returned to prison in North Carolina after undergoing successful surgery on his kidneys Wednesday. Pollard was not allowed to remain in the hospital for surveillance.
His wife, Esther, spoke to Pollard on the phone and stated that he may have to return to the hospital soon for additional surgery. She added that it was imperative he return home in order to receive treatment. (Aviel Magnezi)
