Committee decides to leave Yizkor prayer as is
A committee established by the IDF chief on the Yizkor prayer voiced during military ceremonies has decided to leave the prayer as is, without altering the wording from "Israel" to "God".
"We must sound the official Yizkor, which is aimed especially at the people of Israel and expresses values of culture and Israel remembrance," the committee wrote of its decision. (Aviel Magnezi)
