Anti-rocket system to return to Ashkelon soon

The Defense Ministry has informed the Ashkelon Municipality that the Iron Dome rocket interception system will soon be stationed in the city again, following the recent escalation in rocket fire from Gaza.

Mayor Benny Vaknin and some city resident turned to Defense Minister Ehud Barak earlier this week, demanding that the system be returned to the area. (Shmulik Hadad)
