Speaking at former President Katsav's Supreme Court appeal hearing, attorney Avigdor Feldman argued that "it is possible that there was no relationship whatsoever between Katsav and A., it is possible that they had an intimate relationship that did not necessarily include sexual relations and it is possible that they had an intimate relationship that included sexual congress."
Judge Salim Joubran asked in response: "In order for the court to deliberate over those possbilities isn't it best if the appellant make those claims himself? " (Aviad Glickman)
