Syrian forces kill four in Homs province: activist
Syrian security forces backed by tanks killed four civilians and wounded several others on Sunday in a protest crackdown on the town of Hula in the central province of Homs, a human rights activist said.
"About 25 tanks and troop carriers entered Hula and carried out military operations that killed four," Rami Abdel Rahman, head of the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human rights, told AFP in Nicosia by telephone. (AFP)
