US ambassador addresses Israel's social protest

United States Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro addressed the recent social protest in Israel on his facebook page and noted: "We admire the power of Israeli democracy." Shapiro added," Israeli citizens know they can protest in the streets without dreading violence and that's not the case in many other places in the region."
The ambassador noted that the US is confident that "its democratic partner" will emerge from the crisis stronger yet. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washignton)
