Leaders of the social protest sweeping across Israel have added another target to their list – electricity rates. Dozens march with torches in Jerusalem in wake of recent increase in electric prices as social activists call for nationwide five-minute 'protest blackout' on Wednesday.
In what has already been deemed as dismal timing, the Treasury on Sunday sanctioned a 10% increase in electric rates for domestic use. (Omri Efraim)
