BG Airport: Number of passengers reaches all time high

The number of passengers heading through the portals of Ben Gurion Airport will reach an all time high on Thursday with 62,400 passengers travelling in one day. The airport will register 384 landings and take-offs.
Most of the passengers are Israelis and around 33,000 of them are heading abroad with 7,323 choosing Greece as their destination, 5,894 heading to the US and 4,433 choosing turkey as their destination. This is a 12% increase on last summer's numbers. (Yoav Zitun)
