Driver who killed 2 cyclists: I wasn't drunk, I fell asleep

The 18-year-old driver who killed two bicycle riders with his car on Highway 3 said that he was not drunk when he hit them. "I fell asleep at the wheel," he said during questioning, claiming that the accident was caused due to negligence only.
