Protest organizers expect over 40,000 at Beersheba rally

Large police forces are getting ready for the central protest rally that is set to take place in Beersheba later Saturday. While the police did not provide an estimate for the expected turn out, the organizers of the rally anticipate 40,000-50,000 people to attend.
Dozens of buses left central and southern towns carrying protesters to Beersheba. Some of the city's roads, which have been blocked for the event, are scheduled to reopen for traffic at 1 am. (Ilana Curiel)
