1,000 people attend cyclist's funeral

Roughly 1,000 people attended the funeral of Yitzhak Simon, a cyclist who was killed with his friend, Shalom Grossman, when they were hit by a car on Highway 3 on Saturday. Simon was laid to rest at the Kiryat Shaul Cemetery in Tel Aviv.

Five other cyclists were injured in the accident. The 18-year-old driver of the vehicle fell asleep at the wheel and hit the group of bicycle riders when he swerved off of the road. (Boaz Fyler)
