Barclays to open branch in Israel

Governor of the Bank of Israel Stanley Fischer granted the British bank Barclays a license to open a branch in Israel. Barclays will be the fifth foreign bank to open in Israel, along with Citibank, BNP Paribas, HSBC and State Bank of India. (Avital Lahav)
