Mashaal arrives in Cairo with prisoner swap negotiators

Hamas politburo chief Khaled Mashaal has arrived in Cairo with the delegation responsible for negotiating the prisoner swap deal with Israel. According to an official statement released by Hamas, Mashaal is expected to meet with Egyptian officials to discuss the Hamas-Fatah reconciliation agreement and the organization's ties with Egypt.
