Treasury source: Defense budget likely to lose NIS 2B

A senior official with the Treasury's Budgets' Department told Ynet on Tuesday that cutting the defense budget is inevitable, given the planned reform by the government-appointed social team.
The source said the defense establishment could lose NIS 2 billion out of its annual core funding, without breaching the Brodet Committee's recommendations on the security budget. (Avital Lahav)
