Libya: 376 killed in Tripoli fighting

Fighting in Tripoli on Saturday night and Sunday morning killed 376 people on both sides and injured about 1,000, an official in Muammar Gaddafi's government told Reuters on condition of anonymity. 

Opponents of Gaddafi inside the capital rose up late on Saturday as rebels advanced from the east and west. (Reuters)
