Thousands of people have hit the streets and are celebrating in Tripoli after rebel forces entered the Libyan capital.
State TV is airing recorded programs and saying its transmission is jammed. The rebels also took over state radio building, al-Jazeera said. (Reuters and Roee Nahmias)
