Libyan rebels are holding talks with the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague over the extradition of Muammar Gaddafi's son Saif Al-Islam, who was captured in Tripoli on Sunday, ICC Spokesperson Fadi El Abdallah stated. (AFP)
