Kfir Levy, who is serving a 13-year sentence for aiding a suicide bomber in an attack on a Netanya mall in 2005, has petitioned the Petah Tikva Administrative Court to overturn the Prison Service decision to forbid him to take prison leaves.
Levy claimed in the petition that two Arab convicts who were involved in the case take leaves regularly, while his requests for vacations are denied. Five people were killed and 88 were injured in the 2005 attack. (Raanan Ben-Zur).
