Beersheba mayor urges PM to take action against rocket fire

Beersheba Mayor Ruvik Danilovich has spoken with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over the weekend, and urged him to take action against the rocket attacks on Israel.

"If it doesn't end immediately, the rockets will reach the Dan Region," he told Netanyahu. "The State of Israel must take decisive action. The residents of the south don’t want war, but if this reality turns routine, we might have no choice but to launch a widespread military operation. In this case, we will provide the government and the IDF with the necessary backup." (Ilana Curiel)
