An emergency management official says the death toll from a car bomb attack at the United Nations' headquarters in Nigeria's capital has risen to 19.
Nigerian National Emergency Management Agency spokesman Yushau Shuaib confirmed the rise Saturday, a day after the suicide attack in Abuja. (AP)
