A 70-year-old man from central Israel was the sole winner of Saturday night's NIS 40 million Double Lotto jackpot. When the man came to claim his prize on Wednesday it was revealed that it was his second lucky break: Ten years ago, he won NIS 3 million in the lottery. (Ynet)
