Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Chairman Shaul Mofaz handed the September report, which criticizes Israel's readiness ahead of the UN vote on Palestinian statehood to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Cabinet and the heads of the security establishment.
The committee decided to keep the document confidential, only allowing a limited number of senior officials to review it. (Moran Azulay)
